We all experience moments where we become angry, just as we have all dealt with people who have taken their anger out on us. Anger is an emotion given to humans in order to for us to learn how to cultivate patience, understanding and positivity. To indulge in anger is a simple choice. When we are able to choose patience and understanding over anger, and when we have acquired enough personal growth in order to recognize the positive in a situation, rather than the negative, then we will be rewarded with good things.
