Shipping & Returns
We make an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes shipping MAY TAKE LONGER THAN A WEEK (this can be any amount of time) after your purchase, especially if the order is made while the band is on tour, or shortly thereafter. Shipment for pre-orders and special item orders are governed by rules associated with the item. Occasionally due to quality issues or difficulties beyond our control, items ship later than these guidelines.
Please DO NOT contact the band or Sagan personally about your order. Doing so will delay your order even longer. Please be patient while waiting for your order to arrive.

Hail Sagan is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs. Some items may be returned to us through customs, in which case we will re-ship the item at our own cost. Hail Sagan is not responsible for any taxes or custom fees that may occur. Please contact your local customs agent if you are unsure of the rules in your country.

FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR ORDER AS THE SMALL ITEM SHIPPING OPTION WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING A T-SHIRT.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING A T-SHIRT ALONG WITH SMALL ITEMS, THE T-SHIRT OPTION MUST STILL BE SELECTED, BUT IT WILL ALSO COVER THE COST OF THE SMALL ITEMS. IF YOU ARE ONLY ORDERING SMALL ITEMS, AND NOT A T-SHIRT, PLEASE SELECT THE SMALL ITEMS SHIPPING OPTION.

Due to inventory and accounting purpose, we do not exchange items received for different items than originally purchased. We can process an exchange for another size within the same product, but unfortunately we cannot exchange them for another item. You will have to return the item for a refund then re-purchase the desired item.
Return Policy for Items Purchased at a Concert/Event
At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for concert/event merchandise purchased at an event. Concert/event merchandise purchases are final; however, we care about your satisfaction. You may contact us here with details regarding your purchase for possible alternatives if your product is defective.
